At Yaihey, we conduct a rigorous quality check twice—once before inbound processing and again before dispatch. Despite our best efforts, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we have a straightforward replacement policy in place.
Eligibility and Timeframe:
- Mugs & Posters: Report any issues within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Apparel (T-Shirts): Report any issues within 7 days of delivery.

OR, send a WhatsApp message to 9101020929 with:
- Order Number
- Clear images of the defect (damaged product, defective print, wrong item)
- Brief description of the issue
Replacements and Returns
Personalized Products (Mugs, Posters, & T-Shirts with Custom Text or Names):
- Returns are not accepted.
- However, if you receive a damaged, misprinted, or incorrect personalized item, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Non-Personalized Products:
- Mugs & Posters: Returns are not accepted. However, if you receive a damaged, misprinted, or incorrect item, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
- Apparel (T-Shirts): Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- Defective Print – Faded, misaligned, or incorrect design.
- Wrong Product Sent – If you received a different size or design than what was ordered. (This does not include size exchanges for correctly shipped products.)
- Damaged Product – Ripped, torn, or defective fabric.
- Exchanges are not allowed.
Return Process for Apparel
- Submit a return request via email at [email protected] or WhatsApp (9101020929) within 7 days of delivery.
- Our team will review your request and approve it if eligible.
- We will arrange a reverse pickup at no extra cost.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund or replacement within 7-10 business days.
Refund Methods and Timeline
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- If the payment was made via UPI or bank transfer, the refund will be credited to the same account.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer. You will need to provide your bank details for processing.
When Replacements and Refunds Are Not Possible
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
- Personalization errors made by the customer, such as incorrect spelling or color selection.
- Apparel returns due to size issues. Please refer to our size chart before purchasing, as we do not accept returns for incorrect size selection.
Abuse of Return Policy
Yaihey reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds if misuse is detected, including:
- A repeated pattern of purchase and return.
- Bulk purchases of the same item and subsequent returns.
- Fraudulent return requests.
If Yaihey determines a customer is misusing the return policy, future return or refund requests may be refused.
