Refund and Replacement for Mugs/Posters: For orders of Mugs or Posters, replacements are available within 30 days from the delivery date, but only in cases of Wrong/Damaged product delivery. We do not accept returns for these products.
Unacceptable Exchange and Refund Requests: Yaihey does not provide refunds, exchanges, or re-shipments for the following scenarios:
- Incorrect shipping address.
- Returns due to customer errors, such as incorrect spelling or color selection.
- Products that are customized to your specific requirements, personalized, or cannot be resold due to their made-to-order nature.

- Include images or videos showcasing the defect.
By providing the above information, you can assist us in promptly and accurately addressing your refund or replacement request. Upon approval, the product will be replaced at no cost to you. Since our products are customized upon order, the replacement will be shipped within 3-5 business days.
