- Personalized items: We do not accept returns for personalized items. However, we offer replacements or full refunds for damaged or incorrect personalized products.

When Replacements and Refunds Are Not Possible:
We do not offer refunds or re-shipments for the following:

- Products customized to your specific requests or made-to-order items that cannot be resold.
How to Request a Replacement or Refund:
For misprinted, damaged, or defective items:
- Send clear images of the product packaging.
- Include photos or videos highlighting the defect.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will replace the product at no extra cost or issue a full refund. Since our products are customized upon order, replacements will be shipped within 3-5 business days.
